1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not, and may not permit any third party to, use the Services to:
- violate law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party rights;
- send spam, robocalls, unlawful SMS, phishing, malware, or unsolicited communications;
- engage in fraud, deception, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or prohibited transactions;
- infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
- defame, harass, threaten, or stalk any person;
- upload or distribute content that is obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or unlawfully discriminatory;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation, licensing, insurance, certifications, experience, or availability;
- abuse Estimatic AI personnel, support staff, or other users.
2. Prohibited Technical Activity
- scraping, crawling, harvesting, or systematically collecting data except via authorized export tools;
- bypassing, disabling, or interfering with security, rate limits, authentication, permissions, or access controls;
- introducing malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or harmful code;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, APIs, or infrastructure;
- reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code, models, prompts, or algorithms;
- using the Services to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product;
- copying features, workflows, designs, prompts, or outputs for competitive purposes;
- resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, or service-bureau use without written permission.
3. Communications and Messaging Compliance
Where you use the Services to send communications to recipients, you are the sender, originator, and initiator of those messages. You must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, state telemarketing laws, do-not-call laws, CTIA guidelines, A2P 10DLC requirements, carrier rules, and similar laws and rules. You must honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain consent records.
4. AI Use Restrictions
You may not use AI features to:
- make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without human review;
- generate deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, unsafe, or illegal content;
- extract model weights, prompts, hidden instructions, training data, or system information;
- create malware, phishing, spam, impersonation, or social engineering content;
- represent AI output as human-generated where disclosure is legally required;
- use AI output without verifying accuracy, suitability, and legal compliance.
5. High-Risk Use Cases
The Services are not designed for emergency dispatch, life-safety systems, critical infrastructure, medical decisions, legal decisions, engineering decisions, or other high-risk uses. You may not use the Services for such purposes.
6. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse, security issues, or violations to abuse@estimatic.ai. Include relevant details such as URLs, screenshots, headers, and timestamps where possible.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, throttling, suspension, or termination of your Account. Estimatic AI is not liable for actions taken in good faith to enforce this Policy or comply with law.
